Service Pricing & Authorization
All service prices, including diagnostic fees, labor, and parts, are discussed and approved by the customer before any work is performed.
By authorizing service, the customer agrees to the quoted price.
Once work has begun or service has been completed, charges are final and not subject to dispute based on alternative pricing or competitor quotes.
Finding a lower price elsewhere after service has been performed does not qualify for a refund.
30-Day Service Warranty
All service prices, including diagnostic fees, labor, and parts, are discussed and approved by the customer before any work is performed.
By authorizing service, the customer agrees to the quoted price.

Warranty Exclusions
The service warranty does not cover:
• New or unrelated appliance issues
• Normal wear and tear
• Customer misuse or neglect
• Issues caused by other service providers
• Parts failure outside manufacturer warranties
Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
No Refunds for Completed Services
Due to the nature of appliance repair services:
• Diagnostic fees are non-refundable
• Labor charges are non-refundable once service has been performed
• Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction unrelated to workmanship
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Failure to remit payment may result in additional fees or collection efforts.
Virginia Notice
All services provided by FixPro Appliance Repair are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Service pricing, including diagnostic fees, labor, and parts, is discussed and approved prior to work being performed. Once service has begun or been completed, charges are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided under our 30-Day Service Warranty.
Finding a lower price after service has been performed does not constitute grounds for a refund.
By scheduling or authorizing service, the customer agrees to these terms in accordance with Virginia consumer protection laws.
